1. Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns except in the following cases:

  • The item received is damaged
  • The item received is defective
  • The item received is incorrect (wrong product compared to the order)

To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Customized or personalized products (name, number, patches, size selections made by the customer)
  • Items purchased during promotions or discounts
  • Items damaged due to incorrect use or washing

This is because customized items are made specifically for each customer.


3. Refunds

If your refund request is approved:

  • The refund will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider (e.g. PayPal)

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.


4. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase
  • Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible

5. Shipping Issues

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or incorrect address information provided by the customer
  • If an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered successfully delivered
